Help Us Grow
Hi, I’m Mickey Blake, the founder, artist and at Moné Design Studio. Our journey has been all about reimagining waste and pollution through the lens of art and sustainability. We’ve achieved some incredible milestones, from 3D printing with plant-based materials to securing a patent-pending status for our biodegradable design medium. Our latest innovation involves upcycling compostable post-consumer waste into 3D printer filament.
These achievements are close to my heart because they represent a future where art and environmental responsibility go hand-in-hand. But this is just the beginning. To push these innovations further, we need your support. Our goal is to sell 2500 planters to continue developing these sustainable solutions. However, purchasing any of our products brings us closer to a world where waste is repurposed into something beautiful and functional.
Thank you for being a part of this mission with us.
Warm regards,
Mickey Blake Founder, Artist

Achievements
Plant-based 3D-Printing
The emergence of 3D printing has revolutionized our venture. Initially employed to replace a challenging-to-source container, it has since evolved into an exceptional method for creating functional art pieces using plant-derived composites like corn, algae, clay, wood, and metal. All our products are exclusively crafted from these sustainable materials.
With your support, we aim to add an additional thirty 3D printers. This will help alleviate our supply bottleneck and allow us to expand into using recycled filaments, including making filaments from recycled compostable food containers.
Haenna
Introducing Haenna (patent pending) by Moné Design Studio, a fully plant-based, compostable product designed to safely hold cut flowers or plant stems. Unlike traditional methods like florist foams, Styrofoam, and chicken wire, Haenna promotes creativity while ensuring the safety of our team and customers.
Haenna is engineered to be waste-free, allowing users to grow seeds or cuttings directly in the medium, eliminating the need for commercial composting. With your support, we aim to begin commercial production in January 2025.
Recycled Waste to
3D-Printable Filaments
Introducing RED, the Recycle Everything Device. Originally designed to transform PET bottles into fibers for polyester fabric, RED is now set to take on an even more innovative role. Our goal is to develop a new version of RED that repurposes compostable drink cups collected from farmers' markets and cafes into 3D printer filaments for our products.
While RED assists with the collection process, additional specialized equipment is required to transform these materials into 3D printer filament. With your support, we can bridge this gap and drive our mission of sustainable innovation forward.
Spread the Word
I invite you to support Moné Design Studio's mission by spreading the word. There is no better way to stand behind our venture than by making something truly special for yourself, your friends, or your family. This holiday season, we're excited to offer some exclusive specials at Mone Design Studio. While these unique pieces make for perfect gifts, every purchase also supports our mission.
