HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

  1. Click on the “Shop” button or go to www.yourmone.com/shop.

  2. Select Your Mone.

  3. Click "Add to cart."

  4. A popup will drop down to select your free sentiment tag.

  5. Click "add to cart."

  6. At this point, you can click the link below to continue shopping OR scroll up to the upper right corner of the page and click on the shopping cart. This will take you to checkout.

  7. Verify your products and quantity.

  8. Click "Checkout."

  9. Enter your email address: you will receive confirmation and notifications using this info.

  10. Click continue.

  11. Add shipping/delivery information.

  12. Enter payment details.

  13. Enter a discount code if applicable.

  14. The final Review is on the right side of the screen.

  15. Click "Purchase." An email confirmation will arrive shortly.

PACKAGE DELIVERY

Moné delivers its designs in addition to utilizing commercial carriers.

How will I know how my order is being delivered? 

When we generate your tracking number, it will trigger an email. You will be able to identify the shipping method for your order once that email is delivered.  

Local packages are delivered between 12-6 pm Mon-Sun. 

Special Delivery Instructions

Special delivery requests can be added at checkout. Please note we will do our best to honor your special delivery instructions; we cannot guarantee they’ll be accommodated and aren’t liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged deliveries that result from your requests.

CANCELLATION

Orders can be canceled as long as they have not shipped. If they have shipped, please contact us to see how we can help.
